Hotel program – your digital room plan
The basic module Hotel includes all functions for reservation, booking and billing. The most important advantages are the room plan, check-in and check-out, invoice split and evaluations. In addition, there is the address file with history, room rates for each day and much more. Book in the graphic room plan or the clear front desk view and move the bookings with drag-and-drop. The Front Office Cloud also supports Multi Property Management (multiple houses).
Restaurant cash register – your comprehensive cash register system
The Restaurant module can be used alone or in conjunction with the Hotel module. It contains an item database, table selection with graphic table plan (and the editor for creating your own table plans), as well as the touch cash register. The RestaurantKasse works legally in many countries – first and foremost in Austria (RKSV) and Germany (KassenSichV – TSE).
Wellness Planner – Your relaxed SPA manager
The Wellness Planner manages treatments, appointments and locations for the SPA or beauty area – but also other resources such as tennis courts. At the centre is the clearly arranged calendar in which you can move appointments by drag-and-drop. Individual treatments can be distributed to locations and staff. The system knows exactly who can or may do what and where the treatment will take place. This way, no guest has to wait for their appointment.
Touch POS system – your clever shop cashier
The touch POS for shops or kiosks is available solo or together with the hotel module. The TouchKasse includes the item database with stock management, barcode functions and the touch cash register itself. Bonieren Split, sharing, and many other functions are standard. Signature directly on the tablet saves paper and time. Of course, the touch cash register is legally compliant in many countries.
Mail-Designer – Your integrated writing professional
The intuitive Mail Designer creates appealing mails that adapt to the circumstances of bookings and addresses. In the Mail Designer, you can create intelligent templates directly by dragging and dropping. This way, your customers automatically receive individualised mails that are saved directly in the respective history with all incoming messages.
Communication manager – your ingenious info tool
For the best team communication, use the communication manager. Send messages, tasks and handovers to your employees. You see who has read or taken over the to-do and are notified when a task is completed.
Data analysis – your intelligent numbers professional
With the Data Analysis module, you can design data analyses yourself. You can drag and drop the desired data columns into the table. In this way, you can quickly and easily create lists and grids with calculations. You can then export the prepared data as an Excel file, for example. This way you always have an optimal overview of all relevant key figures of your farm.
