Front Office Cloud Interfaces

Your connection to devices and web solutions

To ensure that the Front Office Cloud unfolds even more potential, we are constantly creating interfaces to important hardware in the hotel and catering industry, as well as to online services and IT programs. We have listed the most important interfaces for you here.

Channel Manager Interface

You can connect channel managers from d-Edge, Kognitiv, LUX, Vioma and other vendors to Front Office Cloud. Current occupancy and prices are then sent to the channel manager. The channel manager then makes the available rooms directly bookable on all online platforms and the company’s own homepage. Online bookings made are in turn transferred directly into the system.

Reporting interface

Digital and authority-compliant: The reporting interface is a digital guestbook. The bookings are reported digitally to the respective municipality and you save the manual reporting. The registration form can be signed by the guest directly on the tablet. This relieves you from unnecessary bureaucratic ballast and you can take care of your guests even more.


Telephone system interface

Your cloud with landline connection: Your telephone system is directly connected to the cloud with the interface. This allows you to activate room telephones, show guest names on the display and, of course, write all charges directly on the invoice. In addition, the tool offers further functions – for example, all calls are archived.

Interface locking system

With the connection to common locking systems, you create room keys directly from the hotel program and can book locking counters (e.g. solarium) directly on the guest’s invoice. The Front Office Cloud thus becomes a digital key board. You can generate the keys before or at check-in – additional cards are also possible.


Interface dispensing system

Connect your dispensing system (serial or via TCP/IP) directly to Front Office Cloud and book drinks via credit and debit. The interface is thus a great help for restaurants, bars and cafés – whether as part of a hotel or as an independent catering business. Tap into your cloud and benefit from numerous synergies and opportunities.

Interface eC-Terminal

Card terminals from cCredit (SIX) can be linked directly to the Front Office Cloud. This saves you having to enter the amount and close the day at the terminal. If payments are cancelled, the amount is automatically credited back to the card. In conjunction with Saferpay (SIX), you can also manage on- and offline transactions together.


SiTec-myPOS-Terminal

Hardware, app and interface in one: The SiTec-myPOS-Terminal is a card reader from the manufacturer “my-POS”, on which the SiTec app is installed and an interface to the Front Office Cloud is set up. With this module, you expand your hotel program or restaurant cash register with a real tool, with which you can bonieren, pay, occupy, sign and scan.

Customer display

Full transparency for your guest! Whether hotel presentation, registration form or proforma invoice: With the customer display and the interface to the Front Office Cloud, your customers can see important documents themselves on a screen. This saves you unnecessary printing, turning the reception screen or even having the guest walk behind the counter.
