The simplify hospitality team is proud to announce the smooth transition from gastrodat hotel software to FOCloud. Michael from Zillertal, one of our valued customers, gives an insight into his experiences with the new hotel software.
The beginning was challenging, as Michael admits. Locally installed software (gastrodat) versus new 100% cloud software required a rethink. But everything is now running “great”, he emphasises. “Especially if you stick to the processes and take the automatic background actions into account,” says Michael.The live training sessions, although unfamiliar at first, proved to be extremely effective.The efforts of Sylvie from the Professional Service team were particularly appreciated during the training. All requests were promptly implemented by her, and the handling of the FOCloud was rated as “very good”, with automation and frictionless processes being positively emphasised. Michael appreciates the good cooperation and expressly thanks the team for their efforts.
