Data security without effort
The gastrodat online payment offers convenience and data security at a new level.
The guest pays directly via the pre-filled online form. On a specially secured server, your guest selects the payment method and enters the payment information. After a successful check of validity and coverage, the prescribed amount is debited immediately and credited to your account. Immediately afterwards, the guest receives from the hotel software a fully automatic payment confirmation by e-mail. In the gastrodat room plan, the receipt of payment is immediately indicated with a special symbol. Further evaluations can be created via the archive and the reporting functions.
By implementing this in the gastrodat CorrespondenceManager and/or the gastrodat OnlineBooking, you give the guest the option of choosing between a down payment or the total payment.
