Combined with gastrodat OnlineBooking and gastrodat PreCheckIn, the effort for the guest is kept to a minimum. Your advantage is that the guest already fills in the data at home and the guest file is therefore updated fully automatically. The guest registration is done directly from the hotel programme, you do not need to go to the municipality.
Once at the reception, the guest receives the pre-filled registration form and signs it, which completes the registration and gives you more time for your guests. You send registrations and cancellations conveniently and automatically with the gastrodat EGB registration tool.
